Creativity

"We would like to commend risk taking as a stimulus for creative reimagining. [Imagination] and creativity are dangerous, but we believe that without risk there can be no growth and no progress."

"When you are out of your depth, at risk, the creative juices start really flowing. The fact is that when we are doing things we have learnt well and are part of the safe and the habitual, we really don't learn all that much. We don't have to. However, when we are out of our depth and out of our comfort zone, we have to learn."
